For hotel owners, retreat operators and landowners who are already moving towards a project and want our soonest available appointment.
❋ For early interest and first look visits
Every Monday, we open the Experience Space for a group visit between 12pm and 5pm.
A private tour is best if you already have land, planning approved or in progress, a clear site opportunity, or a live commercial project you want to move forward.
During your visit, we can explore:
Your site, planning position and suggested models
Next available projects
Guest experience, outdoor wellness additions and commercial positioning
Delivery, access and foundation considerations
Current production availability and next steps
This is the best route if you are seriously considering a SOMR cabin or collection of cabins for an upcoming project.
This is ideal if you are still exploring, want to see the SOMR standard in person, or would like a first look before booking a more detailed private appointment.
You’ll be able to walk through the space, experience the model, understand the design philosophy and get a feel for whether SOMR is the right direction for your land, hotel or retreat concept.
